When do you guys go to sleep?

I, for example, am posting this at 2 AM. Do you guys have a set routine u stick to every night? If so, are you a night owl or an early bird?

On week nights when I have to get up for work in the morning, generally by 11. No set time on weekends, really.

I try to be at least laying down by midnight when I have to wake up at 7 the next day...

I usually try to go to sleep about 1 am right now. When school starts back up in the fall I'll probably try to go to sleep at around midnight since I'll have to wake up at 8 am the next day.

I make it a rule to aim at least tentatively at 10, which usually lands me in bed by 11 or midnight.

But I'm usually awake until like eleven.

since I've been up at Cave Spring the past year or so usually between 10:30 and 11:30 when I'm home usually 1,2,3 in the morning cause I'm a night owl.

Well during the school year my parents like me home by 10ish and go to bed whenever as long I get up the next day for Voc in the morning. And the summertime whenever as long i'm with a group of friends and to check in every now and then to make sure i'm alive. I love the night crazy things happen at night

Definetly a niteowl - - My gf leaves for work at 11pm and gets off at 7am - - - so I'm ussally up from about 7pm till about noonish but lately inbetween helping my mom move and my insomnia I havn't even had that much sleep I would really like to stab somebody

Ugh lately with my procrastination I've been going to sleep around 3 or later, when I have school at 9:30. I really need to get rid of this horrible habit.

Well... last night i went to bed at 6 and had to get up at 7:30 and couldn't go back to sleep. lol. but normally i go to bed at like 1 or 2 in the morning.

I'm not good at the whole sleep thing haha so I'm generally up until at least 4 or 5 am every night.

I work second shift and I am off work at 10 every night. I am usually on the computer til 1 or 2, sleep by 3. No matter what time I go to bed tho, I only get 4 hours of sleep. I try and lay in bed and go back to sleep then I end up sleeping for an hour or 2. I am always officially out of bed by 11am tho lol.

lol, im horrible usually in bed at like 2, sometimes when I have a morning shift ill pull a 30 hour day and go to bed at 4 in the afternoon the next day

Depends on my mood really.
I have to be at work 6am Monday through Friday even though I know this sometimes I go to sleep around 11pm to 1pm. But doesn't change the fact I have to get up at 5am. On weekend, even if I want to sleep in sometimes sleeping in for me is 7am. **sigh**
