My mom has a lot of food allergies, so one thing she has is this "egg replacer" powder that you add water to and put into a recipe in place of eggs. This gave me an idea, which I've only tried once, but it was really good. I used the egg replacer to make a batch of cookie dough and started eating it raw. Of course, you're still dealing with raw butter and a bunch of other raw ingredients, so it's barely any better for you than using the eggs, except you're much less likely to get salmonella. I had a bunch of friends over when I made it, and it still barely got eaten. I'd totally do it again, though, and just keep the leftover batter in the fridge to munch on one bit at a time.

Homemade chocolate chip cookies are the BOMB. Straight out of the oven, or the next day after they've been in the freezer... Any time at all actually. They're delicious.
