Now I absolutely adore the line "another piece of the puzzle that doesn't fit"...

Oh well the new one ain't bad either! I'm sure I'll love it too, but I still miss that line...

I think I'll always like the original better, it's one of my favorites Because of the line "Another piece of the puzzle that doesn't fit" I just love that line.

Also I like how the music goes in this stanza:

I'll never be what I see on the TV screen
I just keep dreaming of what I'm never gonna be
I can't think of a better way to waste my time then try

The new lyrics work well too, but they seem more like something I'd expect to hear sung in the background in that part, but that's only because I'm still used to the old lyrics.

But both versions are good.

I just went to the SP myspace page to listen to the new version and definitely dig the original one way better. Does anyone know why they changed it? And are they planning on it being and EP release?

I heard the new single on the radio (x103.9) last night! It was funny. I was driving and talking to my friend about today's Sick Puppies show, and it came on. It was the new version.

My thoughts on the lyrics are that many people are so focused on material things and having the best of the best of everything - instead of seeing what's most important in life , for example - family, friends, etc.

Of course I could be totally off and the song is about something all together different
