Yeah guys, bothering people on here is going to get nothing accomplished but make people mad.
If enough people ask the band at shows or in the "Ask the band" board, I'm sure they will make sure it happens in some way. They definitely want their fans to be as happy as possible.
We just have to wait it out. I'm sure we'll get the songs as soon as possible. We have enough of their other music to last us until then.

ok by bugging really i didnt really mean bugging[/i][/i] more just lets see how many ppl we can get to ask about this. one person asking vs. muliple ppl asking. ya know. i get the whole boundaries thing. and how there is a difference between expressing interest from multiple parties and bothing to the point of anger and frustration. i have a habit of exaggerating my words. sorry.

To sum up:
There were 3 NON ALBUM Tracks that were finished when Tri-Polar was written. Tri-Polar has 13 songs. So 16 songs were written and finished during that era but only 13 songs made the album.
Most people refer to these as the bonus tracks. These 3 tracks were never on the physical cds ... instead they were incentives if you bought it from an online retailer.
Pretender - This song was available on Walmart.com i believe. When i got it, i was able to buy this one track on it's own for a dollar i think (Despite it being a bonus track). There is an acoustic version of this song that's on the LIVE & UNPLUGGED EP (Available at shows, Itunes, Merch Site)
Dead Space - itunes exclusive - you buy the whole album (Digitally) you get the bonus track. (I just got this track on Itunes without getting the whole CD-Now available on it's own)
Till Something Breaks - I might be wrong but i think this was a best buy exclusive similar to itunes exclusive.
I can only speculate but i would guess this was done during the first few weeks of the albums release to increase the likelihood of you wanting to get the album right when it came out from those retailers.
