Well, hearing that Sick Puppies will be coming to Columbia just made my night. This is definitely a concert that I won't miss!

Do we have an ambassador in the Columbia, SC area?

That would be me!! Most of the year anyways, I go to USC (GO GAMECOCKS!) but I'm planning my trip to visit different apartments around some tour dates!! So I'll be there!

Oh cool, I go to USC too. I'm a grad student in the math department. Anyway, if there's anything that I can do to help promote the band before the concert, I'd be glad to help!

I see that the show in Goose Creek is 21+. Is there an age limit for the show in Columbia? Some family members are intersted in going, but some are 18-21 and some are younger. I'll be there either way

I'll also be going to USC once I finish the 2 years I'm doing at USCA and getting my bachelores in mechanical engineering and then hopefully getting into the nuclear engineering masters program.

I'm actually 20 and so far I have not had a problem with age at Jillian's (knock on wood!). It wasn't stated where you buy tickets so I'm 99.9 % sure that it is an all ages show.

AND My Darkest Days is playing this show, I just want to let you guys know that they are a GREAT band and are definitely worth checking out!

You guys should come to Atlanta, GA too!! And at a venue w/out an age limit. I'm 20, and it just kinda sucks that I can't go to the Savannah, GA show b/c it is 21+.

Hmmm.... I wonder what a good age would be to take a child to their first rock concert. My entire family absolutely loves the Sick Puppies. I have a four year old and a six year old daughter that rock their little hearts out whenever I put Sick Puppies on at my house. Maybe a concert at such a young age could be inspirational? LOL...

They finally got this one posted in the concerts section of the 93.5 (WARQ) website. I wonder if/when Jillian's will actually get around to posting it.

Finally heard an advirtisement for the show on the radio. Hopefully this means we will be hearing more Sick Puppies on the radio in Columbia! It reminded me how excited I am about the group being in town. Got tickets to the show in Charlotte and the one in Columbia.

I've finally gotten around to calling Jillian's. There is no age limit for the show and no extra charge for people under 21.

I also found out earlier this week that the band will be playing a small acoustic show on Lake Murray around 6:00pm Wednesday July 28. They are actually going to be out on a boat with the radio station Rock 93.5. They'll have speakers and everything up. The radio station claims that anyone on Sandy beach should be able to hear the performance (but obviously not see them). The radio station is also giving away tickets to join them on the boat. They gave tickets away this morning to the ninth caller if that caller could tell them the first name of the Sick Puppies bass player. The caller got Emma's first name just fine, but then the DJ attempted to say her last name and totally butchered it. Then he went on to say that the other band members' names are Mark and Simon. Yeah, he called Shim Simon. Unfortunately, this is one event that I'm going to have to miss, but I wanted to let everyone else know just in case there are some fans on here that don't listen to 93.5 but still want the opportunity to listen to the show.

The show at Jillian's was freaking awesome! The Pups totally rocked, and I finally got to be up close to the stage Oh, and BTW, My Darkest Days was great and so nice. They hung out with some of us after their set.
