WOW That's ridiculous! Hurt is good (SP co-headlined a tour with them last summer), but in most venues I saw them at SP had the bigger following.

Agreed the Shim Surf was hilarious! At first I was upset Hurt had been assigned the mainstage, but they played well and were very good...FLYLEAF though??? What was that...I liked her outfit...cute, but that about it...Puddle of Mudd's lead singer acted like he was stoned and couldn't remember the words to his own songs???
Another great Sick Puppies performance as they outshined all the other bands....Halestorm was very good...Hurt was better than advertised...My Darkest Days was the highlight of the morning...Had fun...and the hour leading up to SP coming onstage...Hung out with My Darkest Days...Great guys...Snagged a pick from Emma and one from Shim...Had each sign it after the show...My son had his shirt signed...My wife took the picture of him getting it signed...Left following Stonesour, who performed nicely...

Another funny moment came when Emma was supposed to kick in and begin a song and her bass had come unplugged...

Jeff, I ended up leaving early so I missed Puddle Of Mudd... how was Avenged though? I really wanted to see them.

PS. it sucks going to concerts with people who aren't into it. I watched Sick Puppies all alone bc my friends didn't really know or care about them. :\

We didn't stay for the entire set, but they were rockin' as usual for the first half...I understand that feeling when you go to shows with other folks...You think to yourself "why did they spend their money on this, if they aren't going to get into it?"...they just don't know what they're missing...All it takes is one show with the PUPS...and you're hooked...It was very hot today and I know some folks couldn't take the heat that accompanied the side stages...Puddle of Mudd's lead singer? He seemed out of it? The sound for Flyleaf was off too?We left halfway through A7Fold, because one of the people that went with us was overheated...

They should have been on the main stage, but at least I able to unload my pit tickets, I didn't get sunburned, and I helped Shim crowd surf. All in all it was fun.

Although I'm mad at my buddy for havin me leave early to catch a movie for his Moms birthday, when I was 15 min away from the 2nd meet and greet. We didn't even go to that movie so I could have stayed At least I got the other world crew guys a good spot in the line

That was a lot of fun, the pups put on such a great set and it was so cool shim crowd surfed some 200 feet to merch, I've only seen him do that in small venues.....awesome.

We had the biggest turnout for both signings I have ever seen....and guess what....Sick Puppies stayed at both of them until every single person who was in line got their time with them. That is why we love them so much.

Sick Puppies were awesome.

A7X was great as well. I was impressed with their stage show. The beginning was insane. :| But like SP, they didn't play their breakout song. No Bat Country? What the deuce?
Stone Sour also didn't play bother. It seemed like most bands were being cut short.

And the heat was retarded. I was near exhaustion numerous times.

but it was worth it...

i also wish that Sick Puppies could have been on the main stage. since they werent there i missed them
