Vegetable fried rice. We got Chinese last night....I've eaten vegetable fried rice for my last 3 meals. :laugh: I swear that stuff lasts forever...

A bar that I made. My mom called them scotcharooies (why I have no idea) but it is Rice Krispies, peanut butter, white corn syrup, and sugar melted/mixed together with chocolate and butterscotch chips melted on top. OMFG are they good...just really rich and fattening :laugh:
