Idea!

So I had this random idea that I would really like to see happen. Wouldn't it be cool if we all came to our next Sick Puppies concert with white balloons? They are pretty cheap and you can just blow them up and pass them around the crowd. It'll show our unionship if that is a word and it'll tell the pups that we REALLY want to hear "white balloons!" who's with me?

DeathDealer and I did this at the Ft Walton Beach show last August. We blew up a bunch of white balloons and tossed them around the crowd. It went well for a while, until one of them came up on stage. Security didn't like that. But the Pups liked it!

I think it would work best a fest. show or out door concerts because alot of people are always bouncing around blow up beach balls and other things I can not say on here lol. But I wouldn't want anyone to get into trouble for doing this :/ It was just a not so original idea after all lol

Would be a great idea w/ enough ppl. You get 20 or so people to start blowing them up once you're out there. Just blow up even 5 each and you got 100 right there lol

I think its a great idea just to start bouncing them around when the pups play so that it is really noticeable. But of course without getting in trouble.

People did this at the show in Clifton Park, NY in April. People seemed fine with it, but when they started going over the barricade and on the stage James started popping them, which is understandable.

I would also guess it would be based on the venue and security at said venue. Sometimes you would be able to get away with it, but there are many venues that are strict and will not allow you to bring in stuff like that.

Yep! I've done this at every Sick Puppies show i've been too and it's always gone well! As long as you ask security before you hand them out go for it! It's so cool looking at the crowd and being like "those are mine "

A fan once brought two bags of white balloons to give out at the merch desk at a show in Burlington, VT (Higher Ground).

I just gave them to everyone who bought something. Needless to say it looked pretty cool when everyone blew their balloons and tossed them around.

I think it might have been Jess who posted above you Um as for posting pictures. What I usually do is upload the picture to my photobucket account (or whatever picture account you have) and copy the link of the picture into the post. There are better, cooler ways of doing this but I haven't figured it out yet. I also have another idea for you ro consider if it hasn't been already. I'll Pm you.

Go to photobucket.com or tinypic.com and upload the picture from your computer. You can then put the picture directly into the post (using the IMG code) or just give us the URL.

HAHA he did. I remember we asked him about it before the show and he said as long as they didn't get on stage it was fine. I think one got on stage and James came and got it and I could tell he was not happy. Whoops?

When i've done it they never reach the stage. They always drop between the rail and the stage so security kicks them around until they pop or go back into the crowd
