Well if you stay at the Moonrise, it's like...right next to the Pageant. So regardless of how cold it is, you could suck it up and walk. That hotel is really cool and close, but I think it's super pricey. And The Pageant/Moonrise is in an iffy neighborhood. It's fun, lots of bars, restaurant and crazy little stores but once the crowds die down it can be bad-ish. If you can afford the Moonrise, go for it, it would be worth it to be so close plus it's awesome. ( http://www.moonrisehotel.com/ ) Especially since there is a 3 AM bar attached to the Pageant that I plan on taking full advantage of and dragging the rest of you down with me.

It'll probably be pretty cold here. It's hard to say. Our weather is weird...it could be 60 degrees or it might be 12 degrees. I'd count on cold though.

If I had money, I'd stay there too. That would be fun. But I don't...plus I live like, 2 miles from the Pageant.

Chevelle is playing the night before at the Pageant so we got tickets for that show too. Does anyone else want to join us?

I'm also going to Chevelle. It would be sweet to stay at the Moonrise. That is a fun area. My brother and I went out in the area after the Pagaent show there last Dec. I'll have to check my finances a little later. My addiction to their live shows and lack of self control has kind of overextended my cash flow this year. But this is right after my birthday so maybe I'll have to treat myself.......who really needs a savings account anyways?

Becky, is there a holiday inn in the area? I'm starting to rebuild my points balance. Might have enough for a free night or two by then.
