Hey I'm still new to guitar only been playing a few weeks learning chords and what not but I'm also looking at songs that sound like they'd be easy and fun to help get used to playing w/ music. I decided to look up tabs for White Balloons and after a bunch I found these

They seem VERY accurate except for the intro, just wondering if anyone who knows anything about playing or tabs could shed some light on a more accurate intro because I just played it and the rest sounds fine.

Re: White Balloons Tab
Try one of these, Ive learned to play a couple SP songs, but I haven't gotten to this one yet. I think the second tab looks more accurate based on the others I've learned. Also the second one has the guitar tuned CGCFAD which is drop C tuning top to bottom. Every tab I've played from them that sounded good was drop C. The hardest part is really the strumming pattern. Good Luck

Re: White Balloons Tab
I think White Balloons is not drop C... But yeah, it should sound better like this anyway!

I tried it out today when I had some time, and in my opinion it sounded much better in drop C. Try it both ways and see which you like more. It's a great song either way.

I also spent a lot of time looking for a good tab. They all say they are in standard tuning, which I don't think is true. There are easy ways to play it with open chords which you can get away with but I don't like playing those. It took me a few days but I managed to figure this much out. This is in standard, I know it's not 100% but I was pretty happy with it at the time.

I later stumbled across this tab, which from what I can pick out sounds fairly accurate, I just don't have the left hand to pull it off.
