Super excited for the show! Didn't think I was going to go but I found a friend who wanted to go! If anyone needs anything let me know I live downtown about 5 minutes from the Fillmore.

Have fun to all who are going tonight! Im jealous! A Detroit show is on my bucket list! If you plan on eating or having a drink downtown before or after the show, the Wings play tonight in Chicago so a lot of the downtown restaurants and bars may be filled with fans going to watch the game.

I wish I could go--- all my favorite bands are going to be there! Too bad my parents are afraid of me visiting Detroit.

The show was great! The autograph line was absolutely insane!! Not sure how many have been to the Fillmore before, but it is probably one of the coolest venues I have ever been in. It is an old theatre with open staircases and all kinds of carpeting and suits of armour and such. Anyway the line went all the way up to the 3rd floor. Jenn and I combed the line as much as we could (the line was going extremely quickly). We got a bunch of people to sign up though.

Basic as far as the set list. There were no covers at all. I was hoping for the F*ck You cover, but they didn't play it. Gerry said that they literally played it at every other show except for the ones I was at.

The line to go in was insane!! It went down the block and wrapped around down another block. Doors were at 6, but the line was so long and it was so cold so we went over to Cheli's Chili Bar to get warm (while getting fries and sodas). We came back an hour later and there was STILL a line to get in.

Jenn, It was nice to be able to actually talk to you this time.

The Filmore is an awesome theatre (in the oldfashioned use of the term theatre). My highschool graduation (many many a year ago) was at the Fox which isnt very far from the Filmore. I love the architecture downtown. Well, whats not been destroyed, decimated, or just decayed.
