I got my ticket yesterday. I have been a fan for a few years and have occasionally checked every month or so in hope for a UK tour then suddenly I just went onto tickets-scotland on Monday and seeing Sick Puppies listed. My heart skipped a beat to say the least.

Can't wait for Thursday. Get the songs playing, pints in, gig, then get absolutely wasted.

Just back from the gig had a fantastic night.Well worth the wait to see them was good to see a lot of people there too. got a setlist and one of emma's plectrums got to meet them all after too have got to say they are all really lovely brief chat but really cool. fell in love with this band even more and i can't wait for them to come back in April

One of the best gigs I have been to. It was just so amazing. I'm not sure who knew a lot about Sick Puppies at the gig but regardless Shim got everyone pumped up for every song. I can barely speak today which is the worse my voice has been after a gig! I also got to meet the band and I said to them they should play White Balloons. Shim said maybe next time when they are back in the UK which is suppose to be in 3 months.

They were friggin awesome! I can't speak either, I was in the front row, singing my lungs out...
I hope they come back here soon and that by that time, they'll need a way bigger location cause of how many people will want to attend. [I might not be making much sense, since for me going to the concert means sabotaging the day after concert by being a zombie..]
Also, I plan on being a walking, talking advertisement by wearing my new Sick Puppies T-shirt around Glasgow. Let's hope it works!

I had a few drinks so I didn't it all in but I bought the skull t-shirt for £15 and I saw Dressed Up as Life CD for £10. Everything else was quick glance.

I started off the beginning of the night front and center by the time SP were on i was infront of Emma haha not complaining though. ABC or Garage would be perfect next time 2 of my other favourite venues in Glasgow

Great photos. How long did you have to wait after the gig to get a good picture with them? I was gonna try and get a picture when they were at the merch stand but I decided to just get my ticket signed and request White Balloons.

well me and my friend were kinda worrying because we had the last train to catch at at 12:15 so we werent sure if we would get photos but we were in the train station waiting on the train at 12 so it couldnt of taken that long they just got everyone along to get stuff signed then when everyone had done that formed a queue for photos which luckily i was first in and after Shim meeting me before it and knowing i was the first one there for the gig he must think im some sort of stalker now :| haha

and haha cheers really having a feeling that SP are gonna get as big as Shinedown suddenly did when they eventually came over here

Damn I should have waited. Me and my mate went to the Cathouse. Some other guys in there were at the gig noticed us wearing our new Sick Puppies t-shirts.

Yeah, I liked bands like Shinedown and Theory of a Deadman (mainly the first 2 TOAD albums, 3rd wasn't as good) before they got popular in the UK and as soon as they properly released their material in the UK they all of a sudden got popular. I'm getting that feeling with Sick Puppies. Just need to wait for the album to be properly released in the UK then Maybe will get some rotation on Scuzz and Kerrang.

Come 2 years from now I'll bet they will be playing bigger venues here and I can say I saw them when they first came here and played to 100 people!

Yeah man i remember seeing Shinedown on their 1st headline tour here and they played tuts and a year later they were pretty much selling out the academy just know it will be the same for SP and yeah its great to be able to say you saw a band on their first UK headline tour in a tiny venue. By the looks of things they are really pushing the UK since they are coming back in April and then i think they are hoping to do euro/UK fests in the summer then im sure they will end up back here before the year is done so i can see them being very well known by the end of 2011

Those are some great pics. I love that you got to see them in such a small venue. Sometimes I wish they still played to only 100 people here. But i'm good with seeing them wherever.
