~Out for an Illness~

Hey everyone.....


I just wanted to say that I have really enjoyed my time here so far. Everyone is so nice and I love getting my SP fix. I was working really hard to get my points so that I could apply to be an Ambassador, but it looks like that is going to have to be put on hold for a little while. Doctors found a lump in my neck, which has caused my thyroid to stop working. Surgery is on Feb 17th to attempt to remove it all. If all goes well, I am looking at a 6 weeks to 6 month recovery time and possible radiation treatments afterwards. I don't want my account deleted for inactivity and I plan on devoting all of my time to this site once I am back on my feet again. I believe so much in this band and I want to see them rise all the way to the top. Thank you to everyone so far.

Sorry to hear that, I hope the surgery goes well and you have a quick recovery! We don't normally delete accounts due to inactivity (I think we did once, but those were accounts that haven't been active for years) so no worries!

My theory is as such....70 year-olds of today swing dance at weddings, so at 70 we'll be moshing and head banging in walkers to Rage.

Thank you so much everyone. I really appreciate it. Pre-op stuff was done today and I got the greenlight for surgery. Eeeeeek I am nervous, but who wouldn't be. I will definitely be listening to Tri-polar during my recovery. I need my SP music to survive. Hehe. Hopefully I will be back up and running soon. You are all doing an awesome job keeping the SP dream alive. :hug:
