I've been watching the videos of it, but still can't figure out how they play it. Has anyone here figured it out/found a place that has figured it out on guitar?
My band and I want to cover it, and we want to do something akin to the SP version.

Re: Sick Puppies Cover of f*ck You
For the most part the song goes from C to D7 to F back to C
Here's the bass tab for it because your bass player is going to do most of the work in this song.
Once the bassist gets the regular way he/she can listen to how Emma does it and mimic her line, or of course make it any way he/she wants.
The bass tab shows you the chord progression too, but like i said it goes C to D7 to F then Back to C, the only part that changes is the bridge (or breakdown) in the actuall song, which SP doesn't play in their verson, they skip that part and instead keep playing the same thing but have a "solo" section (see the video and listen to how emmas solo still sounds like the chorus of the song, except shim and mark just stop playing), but they are still playing the same progression. If you want to play it like CeeLo does then you're bass player is going to hate you, because that breakdown is insane even though it just goes E A D G, just like the strings of the bass.
It looks like Shim plays it an octave up (in the middle of the guitar) for the singing parts and then goes back to the lower octave when the chorus comes around (for more punch), he finally gets to his third octave during his solo, but it's all in the same key the whole time.
Good Luck
