A calendar or a necklace... THAT would be sooo great =D
A window decal is a good idea too, but I don't have a car ^^ [but it would be cool to promote the band here =D ]

An iPod sleeve, but not one of those stupid knit sock things. Like an actual plastic cover thing, kind of like the one's you can buy at Circuit City that let's you listen to your iPod and have it protected from being all scratched tom death.

how about shirts that actually have tour dates on the back?

yeah it might cost a bit more to produce them but the fans will make it pay off =)
