Coolest/randomest place you have seen/heard a SP video/song?

So have been wondering what the coolest place people have seen or heard a Sick Puppies video or song?

I ask this as this weekend I was in London (UK) and we decided to have lunch at Hard Rock Cafe. A Shinedown video came on and I was happily enjoying it and after I turned to the group I was with and stated that the thing that would make that trip would be seeing a Sick Puppies video and then stated it would never happen. (Quite often when in HRC the videos don't interest or they have had a DJ so can't her the vid music or they are playing Kylie the whole time). They made a mistake with one of our orders and offered us free deserts. We had just finished these when I hear the intro to Maybe. Yup they played Sick Puppies Maybe. I was pretty excited and staring at the screen in disbelief and probably bouncing a bit and the others were laughing at me. Several people sort of looked around wondering why I was excited and apparently did start watching the screens and keep watching them (maybe new fans in the making?).

So yeah it was awesome and considering it was a weekend a met quite a few actors and saw a lot of friends it says something about me that was one of the most memorable parts of the weekend.

Well I don't have anyplace cool like that but I do have (what I feel are) 2 places that are weird to hear their songs. The first was at my bank. I was getting quarters for laundry. While the guy was doing his stuff to get the money out of my account in exchange for the quarters I heard it. I was like "OMG do you hear that song? That's Sick Puppies!" Anyway I went on this big long schpeel (spelling????) about the band and how I love the music. The second was at the grocery store. My 12 year old step-son and I went in to get a few things for dinner. So we are walking down the aisle and I'm like "Andrew listen to the music!" He says "Is that Maybe?" I smile thinking ahhhhh I trained him well hahahahaha. Anyway we proceed to sing the song up and down the next several aisles.

The guy at the bank said he hadn't heard it before. Apparently they recently made a change in the station they listen to internally. The lady at the check out stand at the grocery store said she was happy to hear it too. It sounded like she was already planning on going to the show here in September. She also made a comment about how it was great to hear that compared to others she didn't like (she referenced a teeny bopper artist that I also don't care for ).

I heard Maybe at a sushi restaurant in Northpark Mall in Dallas on Friday. I thought that was odd, but awesome.

the coolest place for me was the WWE...

My father and I watched wrestling for years before he left and because of that i stopped watching it but i loved the excitment of it so when i met my bf and he loved it i was like awesome and i started watching it again...
so one day we're watching Raw and they said SP and how they were using YGD, i was hype, i saw the night that they were on there and my jaw dropped and i didnt know they were going to be on there and my bf got the game and they have the song on there. For two things in my life that changed it forever could mesh was way awesome for me...

"Maybe" plays at my grocery store where I work...I love singing with it as I ring up peoples groceries! lol

I am interning at a marketing company that represents movie studios and part of my job is to hang up posters or enter to win displays at local establishments. One day I was in the Loop in St. Louis and All the Same came on while I was talking with a cashier at a retail store. I had to make a choice between making a fool of myself and starting to sing at the top of my lungs or to do my job and act professional. Somehow I managed to keep my cool but as soon as I got out of the store I'm pretty sure I started singing to myself!

In the lobby of the movie theater, there are a bunch of small tv's that play music clips, advertisements, etc..and the Maybe video came on!

Also, in Best Buy, in the speaker section, Maybe came on the radio. So I turned it up as I walked by.

I've heard Maybe in several stores & have made a big production every time, lol, squealing and then dancing through the aisles while lip-syncing.

That is SO awesome that the video was shown at Hard Rock!

Well not really out of place, but I work at a gym and I hear maybe and riptide usually every few hours on either local radio or xm. Usually I'm the only one who knows the word, but lots of people have come up to ask who was playing.

"Maybe" plays at the casino I work for all the time. Plus, whenever they play "f*ck You" by Cee-Lo Green and "Say My Name" by Destiny's Child, it always makes me think of them haha.

A co-worker told me last week that Disney plays snippets of videos in between their regular programming and that "Maybe" is played all the time. He said his kids love it.
