What is understanding?
I'm having difficulting with my boyfriend he's saying I don't understand him. But I do...or I think I do....I don't know what he means by "understanding" Because we are different and so his description of understanding would be different. So I want to hear from a guys point of view on what understanding is...write back and all that jazz.

Well, i'm not a guy but i understand what you're going through because my bf and i are very different...
for example he's not the type that likes to stay in the house but i am (cause sadly i have no friends) and when he leaves to go hang out with his friends, i'm mad and pissed and for a while i thought it was me like he didnt want to be around me but when he told me how he felt, i felt a little stupid but i understood. Even though he still leaves and i don't like it, i understand so i embrace the time i have alone...
But understanding shouldnt just come from you but from him too. he has to understand where youre coming from. My bf understands and he makes an effort to stay with me for a couple days...
Just talk to him about whatever it is you need to talk about and help each other understand your/his point of view and believe me when you both understand things should be a lot smoother..
