How did you first become a SP fan?

It started when i made a new friend name Kayla she introdused me to 5FDP and I introdused her to SP well really it was all with my dads help. he first he had me listen to it.

When I heard You're Going Down on WWE (it was a theme for a PPV) I loved it and looked up the band. Thank god I did

It started a long time ago, I was a big fan of Nickelback. For a long , long time I only listened to Nickelback. But then I was on Wikipedia and I saw that Chad had his own record label, 604 Records. Then I saw he added My Darkest Days and recorded a single, called "Porn Star Dancing" featuring Chad, Zakk and a version with Ludacris. I liked this band a lot. I also heard of a band that opened for Nickelback sometimes, called Hinder. I had some new good bands to listen too! (: In the meantime I also heard of Bon Jovi, Daughtry and some smaller bands like Saving Abel and Faber Drive. Well, then I looked on Facebook, I saw Hinder and My Darkest Days touring, and some pictures with the title 'Sick Puppies'. First I thougt It was the name of the tour.. But after some research I saw it was a band formed by three people. But I heard from the first song they could make a lot of noise and damn good music with three!
And now I just love them!

I first heard of them when they were going on tour with Flyleaf and Resident Hero in 2007. I listened to the Say My Name cover a few times (I was a big DC fan when I was younger), but it wasn't until I saw them live that I really became interested. I saw them open for Evanescence later that year, and they've been one of my favorites ever since.

My mate had heard them and tried to get me into them. He played "Cancer" and I loved it to death. unfortunately we were both smashed at the time
So the next morning I forgot the band. It wouldn't be for another couple of days that

I would remember the name and when I did I listened to just cancer for 3 days straight. I finally decided to listen to the album and the love was complete

I went back to my mate and we talked about and played SP for the whole night. We both learnt a couple of their songs on guitar and we still play them whenever we get a chance to together

My stupidity made me find them so its not really stupidity.

I was looking for "Welcome to my Life" by Simple Plan which has been my favorite song for a long period of time. It was a very hard time for me and well all I can say is if you've heard "Welcome to my Life" that was my life. I couldn't remember the name so I'm like "Oh its called 'My World.'" I then found the music video for "My World" and I couldn't get enough of it.

I was also a new bass player when I found them. I also saw their bass player was a girl and "Cancer" was the next song I found. When I saw what she could play and how comfortable she was behind her bass I knew I could do it too. I also found an amazing guy from listening to them and he is our guitarist/vocalist.

All I can say is if I hadn't found Sick Puppies I wouldn't know where I would be today. The video I found by them after "My World" was the "It Gets Better" clip which was what I needed. All I can say is they helped me find my outlet which was playing bass. I don't know where I would be without them. Thanks Sick Puppies for everything.

Saw them live opening for "The band that shall not be named", they blew both "The band that shall not be named" and Finger 11 out of the water. Met them that night and instantly fell in love!!! Bouth DUAL and didn't take it out of the cd player for weeks!!!!

My cousin showed me the free hugs video and I fell in love with the song. So I bought dressed up as life and definetly fell in love with them. I saw them 2 years ago in Atlanta and they blew the roof off!!! They are definetly by far my favorite band of all time and I can't wait to see them again

I had heard Youre Going Down on the radio a few times, enjoyed it, but never really knew it was the Pups until I went to a shinedown show where SP was the opening act. They played their version of Say My Name by Destiney's Child and I instantly loved the song. Then when the pups were opening for Breaking Benjamin I made an effort to listen to more of their songs before the show so I would know them. The show was fantastic and thats when I went and bought the CD. Then they opened for Nickelback and I was sad they only played 5 songs, but that was the first show I got an autograph and have been a huge fan ever since!
