Believe it or not, this was the first SP song I've blasted in so long. I can't stand to hear a certain someone's voice, but I so badly wanted to listen to this. So I played it on repeat while I was on the treadmill a few days ago for the last 10 minutes or so. I love it and it used to hold so many awesome memories. Too bad they've almost all be tarnished so badly by a few people.

Working in the social services field, there are days when the compassion fatigue just sets in and all you can do is cry. On days like yesterday, all I want to do is put this song on. It's just ... it strikes such a chord in terms of how hard it is to balance life and this soul-draining work. Yesterday, I think I listened to it 7 times while trying desperately to find the motivation to do even a little bit of paperwork. It helped. 
Pick up a pen and fight a war for the right to dream.
