OHMYGOD YOU GUYS!!!! Mark's doppelgänger lives in Okoboji. :) :) :) LOL! Usually I see him when I go to Chaplins, but I ended up at the bar that my uncle owns tonight (called the Outback), and he just sat right by me. I almost fangirled, not gonna lie.

I am really excited for the concert.... a little nervous though, about going to such a big festival on my own.

Normally I'd bring a book in a bookbag and a book and some stuff to do.... but they don't allow backpacks in the Jet Blue at Fort Rock, so I'm not entirely sure what to do. I love music, and I really like several of the bands at the fest, but I'm not used to going to such big ones on my own, so I'm getting a little edgy about it, haha.

I'm still looking forward to it, but not looking forward to sitting around on my own at such a huge venue lol.

I officially registered for my first class in almost a decade.

I'm both terrified and extremely excited to be going back to school. I'm pretty old compared to the rest of them, but... I'm finally doing it!

No student-aid for me though, so I'll have to be paying for it all up front, out of pocket. That part (especially at out-of-state tuition rates for the first semester) sucks, but today I got to apply for 5 scholarships about:

The Number 5
What Would I Do Over?
How I'd Survive a Zombie Apocalypse
What Flavour of Ice Cream I'd be
The Superhero (or Villain) I'd Be for a Day




Short essays about each, each of which worth anywhere from $1,500 to $2,500 each. Here's hoping I get one :D
