I went to a Breaking Benjamin concert last night. I ran into a friend from college that I haven't really talked to since then (has it really been ten years?, that makes me feel old)

But he was telling me that Breaking B was his favorite band and he listened to them a lot on Pandora, and the station kept playing Sick Puppies so he bought a couple of their albums and really liked them. Of course I was wearing a SP shirt.

In case anybody was wondering, you can access SPWC in China. Also my tongue burns from hot soup. Wifi here sucks...and no Facebook or Instagram. So yeah.

There's a slam poet here in SLC who has this poem about how we need to give Monday a break. It's a day to start over, to erase the last week and have nothing but a blank slate ahead. And at times I think she's right. And then there's today ...

I always have a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach when I'm at my house at night. I usually run on my treadmill to get rid of that feeling and focus on something else. But I had the day off and was able to do my workouts early. So I came home to mom and dad's house to basically just watch TV with dad. Boom, feeling in the pit of my stomach gone. When does that end there though? I'm paying rent every month to feel paranoid and lonely as soon as it gets dark. I think I made a huge mistake moving out.... :surprised:

I'm just sitting here, watching The Nightly Show, and a commercial has come on for one of those Rock Hits CDs. You know, like 18 songs from different artists ...

Someone might want to tell the company that no one buys CDs anymore.
