was it your first time seeing them?

and I gotta ask, was it as hard for you as it was for me to get a good shot of Emma(bassist) and Mark(drummer)?

They just move around so much! I know out of the 50 or so I took, probably 10 came out clear.

Hey Sheila, it was my first time seeing them, though I had heard good things about the live show.

This was actually a tough shoot, as the stage lighting was very low. I actually used flash for Shimon and Emma -- only the shots of Mark are without flash. For him, I just waited until the roving spotlights graced him with a little white light.

Emma was really a tricky subject because she was stomping all over the stage killing the bass for so much of the set. But there was a small fan in between her monitors that created a cool "windswept" effect with her hair for some shots.
