Random SP Moments

So, when I was walking to take my bag to my car before going into a Paramore/Jimmy Eat World concert, some girl runs up to me and asks, "Hey! Were you at the Sick Puppies concert?" and I responded with a "yes". Really don't know why she asked, cuz the conversation ended there. But I thought it was awesome being recognized from that! ;D

So... Have any of you had any random moments that deal with the Pups? If so, share them here!

I did have some random person message me on myspace asking if I was at the SP concert .....yeah

Wicked random.

My girlfriend, Lisa was over my house one day and got a message on myspace from this girl. She said that she saw us at The first Ev concert we went to (which is where me and Lisa bacame an item) on 4/04/07. Also she saw us at the Ev/SP/Julien K concert on 12/08/07 (and also recalled seeing Lisa being taken out on a stretcher at that show). She ALSO said she saw us at the SP concert in March with Dropping Daylight and Saving Abel. She wanted to know if Lisa would be her friend. She found Lisa's Myspace because she talks to Lisa's sister on the Ev board. So not only did she see us at those shows, but she was near us as well. She ended the message with "I'm not a stalker I swear"

haha that is random, but it would have made me smile.

When I met SP for a 2nd time I accidently squeezed Shim when I was giving him a hug..I didnt mean to I was just excited.lol and I think he said" oh tight hug!"
haha that was kind of funny and according to my friend I was blushing.haha

Oh and I saw a girl at six flags and I ran up to her and yelled " I love your shirt"! haha It was a signed freehugs shirt.

Hmmm.. I saw/met SP when they did an acoustic show at the Harware Bar in Wilkes Barre, Pa. A few days later we went to see them in Philly. My friend and I were hanging out on South Street (where the venue was) and we saw Shim walking down the street and he remembered me. Then Emma remembered my friend. I was shocked because can you imagine how many people they meet each night and they remembered us??

lol - I would have to agree that it ranks up on the creepy scale.

I don't really have any random moments. But... I work at this little Hippy food store called Rainbow Blossom, where I get to wear my Free Hugs T Shirt alot. They seem to think it fits the place.
It's signed, so people tend to ask me about the band alot.
My reply: "Oh, they're only the best band ever."
lol I get funny looks but I give the myspace address out and tell them to check out the music. Some of my repeats have told me that they ordered the CD as soon as they listened to My World and All the same.
I simply nod and tell them that a good product sells it's self

when i went to the glass house to see them....i was in line and in front of me i recognized this girl from myspace and just a couple of days ago she messaged me saying that when she was at the show she recognized me from myspace too..but i guess we were both to shy to say something to eachtoher

I Was returning from a sick puppies concert in houston and while we where driving back to my country it just a few 6 hours, far... my husband and I stop in a small and hidden town in the middle of nowhere jajaja.. and we stop at an old grocery store and there was a girl who start staring at me a lot.. so when I was starting to get nervous because you thought ("oh my god your in the middle of nowhere no people", you start thinking in all the horror movies of good people who died in the end jajaja). just kiddin!! nah the point is that the girl came to me just to tell me that she likes the shirt that I was wearin' it was my "free hugs" T-shirt signed by the 3 pups.. she was like oh my gosh I thought I was the only sickpuppie fan jajaja.. so we start talkin' and sharing my story about the late concert and how a I get my cd, shirt , and picture sign by those guys.. I was pretty in shock how this guys are gettin into peoples lives only with his great music and charisma... I fell very happy for this guys they deserve more attention and more publicity there's a lot o people that haven't heard of them but when they just take a bite of sick puppies can't stop craving for more of it's sick music... thats my opinion they should start makin' more noise... the guys can truly rock...

yeah !! it was such a great feeling... knowing that other people around share the same taste of band yeahh!!...
it's was weird how I really felt at that moment. I just can't really imagine how shim, mark and emma feels when people from diferent parts of the world buy their tickets and sold out so many rockin' nights even if they don't even know how far their music is spreading ... Im telling my story...!! just before leaving the concert we share a little conversation with the pups and let me tell ya', they where really surprise that we drive from Mexico just to have a good night with them... but believe me !! their smile worth everything for us... really really good show and a very special night I didn't expect that I will be so close to them... worth it worth it !!...
