It's order of operations. You divide two by three and then multiply by six, so it's two-thirds of six.

I always changed it to Sue instead of Sally because I didn't HAVE an aunt Sally. :laugh:

Guys,

Even though it's PEMDAS, division and multiplication have the same rank just as addition and subtraction do. Knowing that, you perform the operations left to right.

Ok so i have two problems that my teacher said were wrong, but i think its just cause she doesn't like me....at all. These are the answers i got i was wondering what anyone could help me?

I got a= -1/12

1/2a + 2/3 = -1/2a -3/4





heres he second i got y = 1.5x + 10/2x

3x + 2yx =10
