Haha, this is definitlely FAR from a permanent job for me. And my boss is the type of person that even when you put in a two weeks notice, she treats you like the scum of the earth and does not give out recommendations (I've seen my fair share of this horrible treatment of my co-workers in the months I've been here). I'm not horribly concerned about getting their recommendation, I already have plenty in my portfolio. She's just being a bitch for the sake of being a bitch. *Shrug*
However, after shooting down my first shift-switch suggestion so quickly, and then just not telling me either way about my second suggestion it just "appeared" on the schedule late yesterday... I officially have the days off that I need to attend the show WITHOUT having to quit my job! Thanks for all the warm wishes, everyone!

For anyone that didn't get tickets yet I got an email from the radio station that is promoting the show and this weekend tickets are running on promotion for $20.00 if you have the promo code. The codes that can be used are either "trick" or "treat."
