I have to agree with Mr Mark... the giant costco muffins are fantastic.

I kinda have to admit...I hate muffins.
Ok not really. Last year I made 12 boxes of mini muffins for a school event. It took about 12 hours from beginning to clean up, so at about 5 in the morning I finished just in time to shower and get to school.
