we watched part of his speech in school today, and i must admit it gave me chills.
he also won "by a great landslide" in our school election.

I hope good comes off all this. I stood by him and I hope he does the best job he can, which I'm sure he will. McCain is an amazing man who truely derserves our respect. He served this country proudly and CHOSE to stay behind at a POW camp because of his concern for others. All I know, it is a job I could never do. A friend of mine in WI said she had a 76 yr old woman who came into to vote for the very first time in her life because she felt that her vote would finally mean something and she was happy that she lived to see an election like this.

Boy am I glad it's over though. We worked so incredibly hard...On monday alone we processed 799 early voter ballots. Total for 10/27-11/3 in early votes for our county was around 1200. Going into election day we had a little over 15,000 registered voters in the county and and the end of the day yesterday.....over 17,000. We registered over 2,000 new people....INSANE. For those of you who don't know...Wyoming only has 500,000 people inthe entire state and about 27,000 in Laramie.....these are huge numbers for us. I'm just awe struck by it all and a little dilerious.....I'm going to bed folks...if I'm not back in a day or two call in the gaurd to make sure I'm still alive....

YES WE CAN....nope.....YES WE DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm kinda angry that California is supposedly "blue/liberal" yet Prop 8 passed (barely though!), it's such a slap in the face of equality for all. I know it's not over by a long shot though. However on a positive note, Prop 2 passed by a good percentage so I'm VERY happy about that, I worked very hard to support it!
(I helped to gather signatures to put it on the ballot)

....by the way, did anyone see the new South Park episode last Wednesday? =P

OK, so heres the real story(my sister gave me faulty info )

the obama tattoo story goes like this

My cousin (tattoo artist) couldn' vote this year so his way of voting was putting a sign in the window of his shop saying "free obama tattoo to anyone who wants it" so the guy walked in and he gave it to him for free.


so yea thats the real story.
