Wow, i had no idead so many people's life goals involved the stealing of gnomes while naked...

I did some research and found out that the maximum sentence for indecent exposure as a misdemeanor is a year, but if it's committed in front of a minor under 16, it's a gross misdemeanor in most states, so watch for the kiddies. Stealing a lawn gnome can get you up to 180 days, most likely depending on how much it cost and how exactly you go about stealing it. So I really don't think it's worth it... And no, I don't have a life.

I just read over this page and realized, this made sense when we were actually having the conversation, but now it makes absolutely no sense at all. So, can ninjas be nailed for indecent exposure? Do ninjas ever actually need to be clothed at all? Do people notice that their gnome is gone if a ninja steals it? Will said ninja die if it is painted? These are the questions that keep me up at night...
