Ooh yikes. You probably severely dehydrated yourself, because you were already dehydrated from a blood deficiency, and then the coffee further dehydrated you.

I know... It sucks too cuz I was all prepared beforehand... Drank lots of water, ate about 30 minutes to an hour before, got semi decent rest the previous night, and I still ended up feeling horrible. But it didn't help that the only things they had out to eat afterwards were sweets... They should have had more regular food to replenish the donators... *sigh* Oh well, it's over with now and I'll be back in 8 weeks to do it again, with NO coffee after LOL
