That was very deep Shim. All I can do is step back and say WOW !!! The LOVE is really thick in this thread, I can feel it all over me. All I can say is Thank You to Susanna and Beth, if it wasn't for you, we wouldn't have this HOME to share together as a family of fans and friends to help spread the word about our favorite band. I also need to say Thank You Shim, Mark,and Emma for writing such beautiful, meaningful music that has had such a profound effect on my life. I really enjoy working with you out on the road. I'd do it all the time if I could. I know I'll never be the same again. *hugs*

i agree with everybody...that was beautiful. as i was reading it, it really touched my heart. but really i want to thank you guys for bringing everyone together. we're all in this because of how awesome your music is. i'm very proud to say that i am a Sick Puppies fan and know i can come to this forum and be surrounded by awesome people who have great enegry. this is a special place and i'm proud to be apart of it.

Thanks, Shim! I haven't been a member here for very long, but there are so many amazing people here it's crazy! Within a couple of weeks, this forum has already felt like a second (virtual ) home. You guys were the ones that brought us all together, and we thank you guys for that. I look forward to becoming more of a part of this. It's been a blast.

Whatever age you are when you find SPWC - it will be like taking flight. This is an amazing group of people that join together because of Shim, Emma and Mark.....we can't thank you enough for allowing us to be part of your "family". My children think I'm having a mid-life crisis, but the joy this music, and this forum bring cannot be expressed. Thank you ALL.

Me too! I am 42 and my family makes fun of me for being such a fan. My older brother asked me after I went to the concert, what is the average age of the audience at the concert? I said in their 20's and he laughed at me. Oh well. I don't think I am old. I have kids and I try to get my 9 year old interested in the music. lol

I also thought of this after I wrote last night. When Shim mentioned that he always wanted to be a part of something when he was younger I thought of a Ghandi quote:

"You must be the change you wish to see in the world."- Ghandi

This site is the change that you all wanted to see in the world. And the bands amazing open to their fans attitude is something to be admired.

Actually at the Rolla show, when they had bleachers in the back and Shim yelled for them to all stand up, the first guy to stand up was easily in his sixties, and he looked like he was ready to rock.

Very well said and heart felt Shim, to many "rock stars" seem to take things for granted. Its good to know people like you, Emma and Mark remember us the fans. Keep rockn our asses and we will all become SP faithful!!!!!
