lol yes it is a reference to Rugrats. But also a reference to the song by The Devil Wears Prada called "Reptar, King of the Ozone." Which itself is a reference to Rugrats. so yeah...

Hey Matt! Welcome to the board! You really need to try to get to see them live. Tons of people say they are even better live than on their recordings (myself included and I've seen them about 8 or 9 times!)
