I love White Balloons and at first i didnt think there was anyway that would make it as a single but the more friends i make listen to it, the more feedback i get. Alot of my friends seem to think it wold work...so maybe? I'd defiantly be awesome...

Well i thought odd one(which is about my fav song) and white ballons were givens to not be singles because of what you ppl said above ^^ so id jus be between the other 10 if you discount MOTU

I actually think riptide would be a good choice for the next single it seems like it would do pretty well.

I ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, UNEQUIVOCABLY agree that this should be the next single, it is one of my favorite songs off the album and I know for a fact can attract non SP fans because it was the song I let my friend listen to.Who then told me he thought the band was awesome and joined the forum.I would almost beg for this to become the new single!

I'm torn, because I DO love Riptide and think it needs to be heard. But from the first listen, I've always thought that Maybe had a very commercial sound that could be played on the hard rock stations as well as the lighter rock stations. I think it would appeal to a wider audience, thus makes more money and move them closer to world domination!
But don't get me wrong I personally like Riptide better. That and White Balloons are my favorite, however I don't think WB would be a good single.

White Balloons is just EPIC, but I'm not sure it would be a good single either...
Not because people wouldn't love it, but because I think radio stations wouldn't give it a chance.
Maybe has a "commercial sound", Should've Known Better too, more than Riptide.
BUT. I do think Riptide could be a great single...
The intro would get the attention, lyrically it would work great, the chorus is catchy...
And.. that bass line is great..
