Welcome the End?

Well, hello there.
I am Marix, otherwise known as David.
I am 21 and I am from Grand Rapids, Michigan.
I have been listening to Sick Puppies since 2001, and possibly earlier, I am not quite sure.
Music wise, I tend to listen what is on the radio, but the funny part is that I don't listen to the radio.
Some of my favorite bands include Good Charlotte, Marilyn Manson, KoRn, Slipknot, Evanescence, My Chemical Romance, Green Day, Weezer, and many others, not to mention Sick Puppies.
I have been in love with Emma since I was 13, I am happy that I got to see her in person a few days ago.
Yes, you heard that right, I have been listening to SP for 8 years, and have only gone to 1 of their concerts.
Luckily I will be attending the Orlando show on 8/20
I am not good at introductions, so if you would like to know something about me, don't be afraid to ask, I am an open book.

Hey David! I must say I'm shocked that you've heard of SP for that long. Pretty much everyone around here heard about them first around 2006/2007 or so. I'm curious how on earth you'd heard of them so long ago. Back then, they were still in Australia and were VERY young. Okay, so you've got me wondering, why didn't you make it to any of the previous shows in GR? They've been here 4 times (for sure) previously, the first being in August 2007.

Like Toni said, how did you find out about the band That long ago if your from Michigan? But still cool, glad you finally got to see them live, and have fun at your Florida show

Well, for one, I have been on the internet since late 1998 into early 1999.
I also had a lot of connections to indie music at that time.
My brothers girlfriend at the time also got me listening to a lot of indie ska bands.
I barely ever get to concerts.
I was thinking about the tour for about a month, and then the day before the concert it was in the local newspaper and I told myself that I had to go.
To tell the truth, I haven't listened to much SP since about late 2007.
Extreme Rules is what brought me back to listening to them.
As you may be able to tell, Welcome to the Real World is my favorite CD because it held me from late 2001 to 2006 when the EP for Dressed up as Life came out.
I am happy to see that SP finally released another CD.
