I think I'm going to be wearing my black shirt that says, "Your inferiority complex might be justified" with blue jeans but I might end up going with shorts...

The earliest we'll get there is 6 but I'm figuring it will probably be closer to 7 by the time we get there. I'll make sure to look for you!

I was at this show last night! It was siiiiick! By far one of the best concerts I've been to! I hope they come back around to NY!!!! And, they are soooooo nice! My friend and I coudn't believe that they met everyone after the show and we got pix with them! I must admit I was a little star struck.... I was almost speechless when I went up to get my autograph! I liked the venue of the place because it was a good size so no matter where you were standing, you had a good view! I would def see them if they played there again!

Show was completely awesome!!

The day started at the Hoe Bowl bowling lanes, where WRRV was having a charity bowl-athon with Sick Puppies. It was $25 for the team and you got unlimited bowling for at least 3 hours, an awesome tshirt, a chance to win prizes, and then an acoustic performances by Sick Puppies and Hurt. I definitely suck at bowling, but it was a TON of fun and the money went for charity so that was cool. We didn't have a complete team (you needed at least 4) so Matt and I got paired up another guy named, Joe, who was also there alone. He was really nice and a fantastic bowler. He actually got 4 strikes in a row at one point. The one contest you actually had to get a Turkey (3 strikes in a row) and he did so our entire team won tickets for the show that night. After the acoustic set we finished our bowling game and then left because we thought the doors were at 6:00 and it was 5:30. They were actually at 7:00. Shim, Emma, and Mark bowled after Hurt played, but we weren't there to see it. (I definitely would have liked to.)

I bought 2 extra clipboards after the acoustic show in Wilkes Barre yesterday so Jerry told me to keep several sign-up sheets and walk through the line before the doors opened. Since we got there really early I was able to do that and I ended up filled over 4 pages (front and back) with people who wanted to sign up for the email list.

Sick Puppies headlined so we were in the front the entire time. Matt and I stood with Howard (Hshiau) and his wife, which was really fun. There were 2 opening bands before Hurt so we just stood there and clapped to be polite. Tunnels to Holland weren't that bad, but being it was the 3rd time we saw them since Sunday.. During Hurt we had an obnoxious a**hole behind us and he kept swinging his arms and hitting the girls next to me in the head and I even got hit a few times. Matt threw him back for hitting us and everyone applauded (he wasn't very popular in the front). He ended up coming back up and at the end he tried to dive on the stage to get the set list. I dug my nails in him and the guys around us all threw him back because he dove right on top me of and the girl standing to my left.

Speaking of.. the place was cool inside, but super tiny. The "photo pit" area between the stage and the barricades was literally about 1 foot wide.

Anyway.. back to the point of this... Sick Puppies came on and played an amazing set!! They played 13 songs: (Not in this specific order) War, Cancer, Odd One, Anywhere But Here, My World, I Hate You, Riptide, Survive, Say My Name, Pitiful, You're Going Down, Nothing Really Matters, and All the Same as an encore. The crowd was definitely into it and loud when Shim would ask us to sing and cheer. At the beginning of Nothing Really Matters I thought the floor was going to collapse from the bounce-off it was shaking so bad lol. Then Mark threw his drumsticks and he had one left and came over and handed it to me.

Katy and Tara (Tararific) walked around the crowd with the email sign-up lists when they were signing autographs and I stood by the door with little cards that I made with all the SP websites. Elena thought that was a great idea. Hopefully many of them will make their way over here since this was the second site I put on the cards.

After the line went away Elena had people line up for pictures in the next room and I helped her hand out cards for the photo site that will soon be up after she took pictures. There was a drunk lady there and I will give more detail to her in a few, but let's just say that she didn't make Emma too happy. After the picture line left Shim, Mark, and Emma hung around for a few minutes and talked to us and thanked all of us for coming, but the lady in charge started throwing us out so we had to leave.

********Worst lady of the night award****** There was this drunk lady that tried to sneak up in the front between Matt/me and Howard/his wife Maria and she started screaming to Emma you're f***in hott! She's so f***in hott! And then she was trying to get through to take pictures with her cell phone camera. I conveniently relacated myself so she couldn't get through because she was drunk and being obnoxious. So what does she do? She leaves the floor area and tries to go over to the side of the stage and sneak on stage!!! The bouncer at the door kept pushing her out and shutting the door on her. Anyway.... during pictures she goes up and pushes her boyfriend/husband/male that she was with out of the picture and she puts her arm around Emma and kisses her on the cheek!!!! Emma threw her backwards and stepped back. She looked SUPER pissed and I felt sooo bad for her. Like what the hell was that lady thinking???

You guys were amazing last night!!! You seemed REALLY PUMPED!! especially Emma That mash pit was down right INSANE!!! I almost got trampled Too Bad i passed up the chance to meet you guys again it was already too packed, but i bought a sick puppies T-Shirt, so im happy. Thank you so much for coming back to Poughkeepsie! I cant wait for your return! Have a good tour

Amazing show last night...and the pit was crazy. We did have a couple of people that were cool enough to be barriers to the insaneness going on behind us. Mark and Emma were awesome as usual. The only negative thing I have to say is that the volume on Shim's mic was way too low. Couldn't hear him half the time. Who's doing sound check?
