AH! i need help with some photo editing!

ok so i want to put these 3 pictures on a shirt but the requirement is that its all one picture. I have no idea how to combine them all so it looks like this - - - (same height as well). :noclue: i was wondering if someone could combine them all like that for me? i would love you forever =]
