Screw the Bad Reviews: Let's Make Tri-Polar A Success!!!

Obviously there have been a few mediocre reviews for one of my favorite albums I own. So like a ton of people, I feel outraged that some reviewers have attempted to rip on a great album. IN RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE COMMENT, LET'S HELP GET A SONG TO CLIMB HIGHER ON THE CHARTS THAN ALL THE SAME SO WE CAN PROVE THAT THESE REVIEWERS DON'T KNOW CRAP ABOUT MUSIC!!!

That review annoys me, where the frick does he/she get the MCR comparison from?? Not only that, but it was completely irrelevant, just thrown out of nowhere.

I think their credibility dies at that point....

I worked at Warped Tour yesterday and I was talking to one of the local djs from 97.9X and he was asking me how I liked TriPolar and I was going on about how I loved it and stuff and he said that it likes it so much better than DUAL because it's harder and he likes harder music. SCORE!!

Hey guys after doing some research, i found out that all the same went to #8 on the modern charts and #36 on the mainstream. You're Going Down is already at #12 on the modern and #15 on the mainstream. It is climbing on both. Correct me if im wrong but the review stated: "Unfortunately for Sick Puppies, though, there's nothing with the breakthrough potential of "All the Same" here." If my eyes deceive me, then it happens that You're Going Down is turning out to be a bigger success than All the Same, thus proving this reviewer doesn't know crap!

Your review is poor at best. Why all the comparisons to MCR? I don't think Sick Puppies is trying to be MCR in any way shape or form. And nothing with the breakthrough potential of All the Same? You are crazy. If you would check around, you'd see that the album is getting great reviews elsewhere. Perhaps you're reviewer is just not a fan of their style. Trust me, those who liked their first release, will like this one even more. It is truly disappointing to read such an obviously biased review.

And I put my name and email in there. Wonder if they'll respond! I doubt it, but oh well, it's worth a shot!

Yeah not hearing mcr anywhere in the entire album thats so dumb if this detours anyone from buying the album and enjoying what is sick puppies awesomeness then then are committing the crime of being an ahole.

I saw one review that the reviewer said it sounds like Nickelback. When I read this, I knew the reviewer did not hear the CD. There is no way this CD sounds like Nickelback. Then I saw another review saying the CD is too loud, and all it talks about is fighting. Which to me is not true and if he hears "Master of the Universe" or "Don't Walk Away" or "Whatever" or "Riptide" he can see those songs aren't about fighting (those are the songs I can name off of my head right now. I'm sure there is more that does not talk about fighting).

The reviewer also said there is only one song that is soft and that is "Odd One" which to me is not true. To me I also think "Whatever" is is kind of a softer song as well, as well a some other ones including "Don't Walk Away".

I find a lot of reviews, that is reviewed by big music company's/magazine all bias one way or another.

To me if I like the band, and their last CD I'm going to buy their next CD, and that is what I did with Sick Puppies. When "Dressed Up As Life" came out and I heard "All The Same" I quickly heard their demo clips and went out and bought "Dressed Up As Life." This CD ("Tri-Polar") is as good if not better than "Dressed Up As Life." To me just because Sick Puppies are not Coldplay, or U2, for example or a band that is well known (I hope you guys know what I mean by that) doesn't mean they suck.

I sample Coldplay and U2 because it seems like they always get a good reviews from the big music companies/magazines, because they are Coldplay and U2. Even though I think a lot of U2 and Coldplay's music sucks.
