and hopefully I'll have paid my rent and utilities and be able to go!! Finally a concert that doesn't require driving atleast 2 hours!!!!

Yes it's headlining. Usually if they are opening for another band, we'll note that. I guess I can start putting when they are headlining, to avoid confusion.

I'll offer to cover the show should no Ambassadors be able to. Since it's in my area, I'll be able to hang up posters and hand out stickers and such. I'll probably make my own flyers and do that anyways, you know, to spread the word.

So a normal concert would be about, what, 2.5-3 hours? Or is that an overshot? I've only been to all-day festival-type things so I'm not sure what constitutes a "normal" concert.
Also, does the band usually linger about before/after a healine show? Would it be rude to approach them? I feel like walking up to them without a formal invitation would be unacceptable.
I'm being a smartass here with all the big words.

I'll ask "can I have [fill in the blank] off?" "yeah sure leave me a note closer to the date so I'll remember"
I'll buy the ticket and leave her a note 2 weeks and advance and then remind her to her face again
and then the new schedule goes up and I have to call her "Naida, I asked that day off...[ay nena, you really can't come in?]...no I can't come in...[why not?]...I already have tickets for the show...[I'll see what I can do but you might lose hours]"
