Ok I know it might be too early to tell, but does anyone know the time that Sick Puppies would be performing at the fest? I know it last all day, but I'm not sure if i can convince my ride to stay in a crowded area that long, so knowing when they would actually go on stage would be great info to know. Thanks! 
Also, does anybody know the difference between the $20 and $30 tickets? It says at $30 you get access to the VIP bar, but what exactly is that? I'm new to going to concerts so I'm not 100% knowledgeable with those kinds of things. Thanks!

To all Ambassadors and friends:
The next few shows will be crucial for us!
I NEED to get organized with you guys. Below are a few points to consider:
1) Remember to bring your Laminates. When you're helping I would love for you guys to put them on (I am getting clips so you can attach them up high - on your collar so people can see them when you guys are helping us out).
While i can't force you to wear your "Retro" shirt ... i strongly encourage you to do so (Not that i have to ask as most of you guys have already been doing so). If you don't have a "Retro" shirt (... and why not?) any older SP shirt will do.
If you don't have either we will figure something else out no worries.
2) Please check in with me shortly after you get to the venue. I need to know exactly who's there and willing to help.
3) Tasks will be assigned early on so there is no confusion as to who's doing what. Tasks could include (but not limited to) :
A) Crowd control, B) Sign up sheets ... and most importantly C) DOWNLOAD CARD / CONNECT CD sales.
Management wants me to be way more aggressive when it comes to the first week sales ... and quite frankly we still have a few Download cards that we need to move to help with first week sales for the pups.
That said - Download card and CD sales will not be limited to the autograph line at the end. In a bigger venue i might assign persons to exits i cannot cover especially after a performance.
Possibly have a person walk around with Cards prior to the start of the show? Who knows. Depending on the venue ... maybe we'll set you on fire??? The sky's the limit right? As you know each and every show will be it's own monster and we will figure out what works best with each situation.
Flashlights were suggested ... anyone coming to the Indy show please bring your own (small one that fits in your pocket). Hopefully once the real tour starts i'll have a bunch to hand out at show to help you.
